Rapidly Increase Your Capacity
So Your Kids Can Thrive

The Brain-Based system for home educators who want to be
stress-free, patient and raise children who flourish.

Does this sound like you?

  • You lose your patience too quickly or too frequently

  • You overreact to things that shouldn't bother you

  • You feel stressed even when there’s nothing stressful happening

  • You're exhausted by the afternoon

  • You have too much on your plate but still have to handle it all

  • You're worried your behaviour is affecting your kids but can't seem to change it

You're not alone...

Being patient seemed impossible...

until I realised this hidden truth

I thought I was going to smash it as a parent.

After all, I’d worked with thousands of children over 20 years, and was pretty awesome at it.

But when my son was just four, I found myself yelling at him over little things all the time.

I couldn't seem to stop myself from overreacting.

He started shying away and stopped wanting to play with me.

My partner said she was going to leave me unless it changed.

I knew I had to do something and apologising just wasn't enough.

I’d spent years on personal development; I'd read the parenting books, taken the courses.

Nothing worked and l was failing as a dad.

I knew that I could be better and recognised that if patience lived anywhere, it lived in the brain.

So I tried using special brain-training exercises that I'd learned to help with my chronic pain.

And something miraculous happened.

In just a few weeks, I stopped overreacting and getting annoyed at my son and was able to reconnect with him.

I didn’t have to bite my tongue; I didn’t have to stop myself from yelling.

Things that were bothering me just stopped bothering me.

I found myself being more calm and relaxed without hardly having to do anything.

He started wanting me to play with him again and my girlfriend stopped being worried about our relationship!

And I wondered, would this work for others too?

So I turned what I'd learned into a step-by-step system and started to test it with other parents.

All they needed to do were three simple things:

1. Understand how their brain works

2. Use the system to discover what was really stressing their brain

3. Practise the right exercises for their brain

And when they did them, they were life-changing!

“When I signed up for Adam’s course, I didn't know what to expect. To say it was helpful is an understatement.  In a few short months, I have more patience, a significant decrease in lower back pain and greater mental clarity. This has helped me to be a better wife and mother and get more accomplished.  It’s truly all encompassing! I now have the tools to use on a daily basis to deal with whatever life throws at me.”

How to have more capacity

WITHOUT doing less

(even if you're at your limit!)

Being stressed and yelling at your kids creates an environment that stops kids learning.

It destroys our relationships and can impact you and your children for years.

The secret to being able to calmly handle whatever life (or your kids) throws at you is simple.

To be patient, your brain needs to:

1. Not get too stressed or overwhelmed

2. Be able to control your reactions when it gets stressed or overwhelmed

What parents usually try to do is to cut back on everything their life so there's less to do and fewer demands on them.

But as a parent, that isn’t always possible.

Thankfully, there’s another way.

Instead, you need to be able to handle everything that life throws at you!

More accurately, your brain needs to be able to handle it.

My Brain-Based Parenting System is a complete guide to rewiring your brain so that it has more capacity and can also stop any unwanted reactions like yelling and feeling stressed all the time.

When your brain has more capacity, not only will you remain calm with your kids, but they'll be able to learn and thrive.

Register for my programme today and you will:

  • Learn how to directly rewire your brain to have more capacity for everything in your life

  • Rediscover your natural patience and be the parent you want to be

  • Feel less stressed and stay calm in the face of chaos

  • Model the behaviour you want your children to learn

  • Have more energy and alertness throughout the day

  • Be confident about home educating your children

  • Eliminate stubborn aches and pains so you can play with your kids fully

And the best part? You can do it all in just 20 minutes a day.

Introducing the Brain-Based Parent System

The Brain-Based Parent System teaches you exactly how to rewire your brain to have more capacity for your children so they can grow, learn and thrive.

You can only behave as well as your brain lets you.

When you run out of capacity, your primitive survival instincts take control.

You enter "fight or flight" mode and react in ways that you will often regret.

Although it looks like the daily stresses of life - work, children, having too much to do - take up your mental resources, they're not what takes up your brain's capacity.

In fact, the daily events of life take up a tiny portion of your mental resources.

Most of your brain's capacity is taken up by its highest priority: to ensure your survival.

When the brain-body systems which are crucial for safely navigating the world aren't working optimally, they put your brain on high alert, drain your capacity, and leave little available for parenting gently and lovingly.

The Brain-Based Parent System teaches you exactly how to identify which of these survival systems is stressing your brain and how to rapidly improve them, naturally giving you more capacity for great parenting.

The Survival Systems Draining Your Capacity

Respiratory System

How well you breathe

Poor breathing and lung capacity leaves your brain and body without the oxygen it needs to meet the demands of parenting and everyday life.

Better breathing calms your nervous system, and gives your body the energy it needs.

Visual System

How well you see

When your eyes don't move properly or see clearly, your brain has to work much harder to navigate your way through the day, leaving you tired or depleted.

Improving your eyes reduces fatigue, frees up your capacity and let's you see more clearly.

Vestibular System

How well you balance

Falling is a major concern for your brain. Making sure you don't lose your balance takes up a huge amount of your brain's capacity throughout the day.

Better balance reduces stress, lets you move more easily and handle life more smoothly.

Movement System

How well you control your body

Movement is essential to survival. Aches, pains, and poor motor control make it harder to move and is a constant concern for your brain.

Restoring movement relaxes your body and brain and gives you the capacity to engage freely with your children.

Such great information! I find it even more valuable considering I am visually impaired so my stress bucket is consistently half full. Thank you for this!

FAQ

Because your brain has questions
Will it make me more patient?

This is not a quick-fix or a one-size-fits-all approach.

Here's what to expect:

The programme will teach you about your brain and show you how to train the parts of your brain that are most important for increasing your capacity for patience.

The programme isn't a magic pill and you'll need to put in some work.

How much work will depend on you and your brain.

If you follow the system and put in the work, you will definitely increase your capacity and patience.

What if I'm patient but need more capacity in other ways?

A lack of capacity can show up in many ways. Losing your patience is just one of them.

Other common examples of running out of capacity are:

- feeling stressed or anxious

- pain

- tiredness / fatigue

- dizziness

However a lack of capacity shows up in your life, The Brain Based Parenting system will teach you how to increase your capacity.

How much time will it take?

The more you put in the more you'll get out. However, I know parents are busy and have designed the programme so that it can fit into the busiest of schedules.

Aside from watching the video lessons, if you can put in 20-30min a few times per week, I would expect you to quickly see results. However, it doesn't have to be in one block. For instance, you could do 2x 15min or 3x 10min.

If you can put in more time, you'll see faster results. The minimum I would suggest is 15min 3x per week to make progress.

However, everybody's brain is different. Some may need a bit more time, some less.

When are the live calls? What if I can't attend?

The live calls are Tuesdays at 4pm UK time.

The calls are optional but are great for getting questions answered or troubleshooting difficult issues.

If you can't attend the live calls, you are welcome to email me questions. If I can't easily answer them by email, I have some limited availability for occasional 1 to 1s.

As demand grows, I'll add in additional calls.

I've taken other courses. Will this teach me anything new?

Every parent will get immense value from this programme. And I say that with a lot of confidence.

The programme draws on applied neurology and dives into the realms of personal development, narrative transformation, sports vision training, breath-work and more.

You will learn more about how the brain and body are wired together, as well as over a hundred different tools, techniques and exercises from all these realms.

Are there any other costs?

There are no additional costs.

I strongly recommend that every participant has a set of high-quality exercise bands as they are incredibly useful for progressing or regressing many of the exercises in a variety of ways.

There are also a number of other tools that I discuss and recommend in the programme. None of the tools are required.

When does the programme start?

It starts the second you are ready. Sign up today and you’ll have the content, support and full access within minutes.

I still have questions. How can I get them answered?

Email me at adam@brainbaseddad.com and I'll be happy to answer them.

Kids grow up fast. Can you afford to wait?

This isn’t a cohort where you have to wait week by week for content to unlock. You can start today, access everything and not waste another second stuck where you are.

The question is, do you want to wait, and keep losing your patience while your kids are growing up?

Or would you prefer to be patient, expanding your capacity, enjoying being a parent, and giving your kids the childhood they deserve?
